    The upstanding citizens of Craiglang are being terrorised by a gang of local tearaways or "neds". So the old-age pensioners decide to create a secret haven of escape - free from human or canine menace. Meanwhile, Jack and Victor check on their old pal Ronnie, who's recently taken up new residence after being found dancing around Glasgow's George Square in his underwear.
