When the terrorist group Voltov kidnaps microbiologist Rachel Moss and forces her to create a lethal biological weapon, Zara and Vincent see their routine surveillance assignment in Benghazi turn into a race to stop the virus's release before it causes devastating global consequences.

When a brutal attack prevents Zara from gathering critical information in London, she realizes that someone within MI6 is leaking information to Voltov. Meanwhile in Benghazi, Vincent and Rachel are both held hostage by Voltov, and Vincent promises to help Rachel escape.
