It's MasterChef Australia: Back To Win and 24 returning contestants return for another shot at the trophy. Culinary legend Gordon Ramsay greets them to announce that they are splitting into three teams and taking on a service challenge. The winning team will be up for a huge prize.

Gordon Ramsay is donning his chef's whites to put eight cooks through a Keeping Up with Gordon Challenge. They work at record pace to deliver TWO of Gordon's dishes, in a fight for the only immunity pin of the season.

The judges introduce today's challenge, set by Gordon Ramsay as a parting gift. Today contestants must make their favourite late-night snack, but an elevated version as today they are not only playing for Immunity from Sunday's elimination, but the winner will also be awarded epic prize - their dish being added to the menu at Gordon's new London restaurant at 22 Bishopsgate.

Inspired by watching an emotional video documenting their MasterChef journeys, the contestants must bring a dish that best represents who they are now as they come back to win. With 90 minutes on the clock, the stakes are high as no one wants to be the first to leave the competition.

MasterChef royalty Peter Gilmore is in the house with a Mystery Box packed with ingredients from some of his most iconic dishes. From the world-famous Snow Egg, to the decadent Chocolate Ethereal, Peter's creations are responsible for some of the competition's greatest triumphs and deepest heartbreaks.

Australia's undisputed Queen of Chocolate, Kirsten Tibballs, joins the MasterChef kitchen for the very first pressure test of the series. With her toughest recipe yet, she challenges the contestants with her Chocolate and Coffee Caviar, which to the naked eye resembles a freshly opened caviar tin, full to the brim inside, the trick is, it's all made of chocolate and decadent dessert layers.

Contestants enter the kitchen to find legendary Australian chef Shannon Bennett in the MasterChef kitchen. He is mid-cook, inspiring them with how much creativity and flavour he can pack into just 20 minutes. After Shannon's demo, it's the contestants' turn. Whoever creates the most delicious dish in just 20 minutes will win immunity and be safe from Sunday's elimination. 

It's the second elimination of the series and the contestants take part in the one-inch cube taste test, but with a twist: they are divided into three teams one nominated taste-tester for each team. The team whose taster falters first will find themselves in round two, where they will have just the 80 ingredients from the taste test to form their pantry.

Today's Mystery Box challenge sees the contestants enter the MasterChef Kitchen to find themselves facing the judges' four fridges, where they must select one and use whatever ingredients are inside to create a dish in 75 minutes. The judges are searching for the Top 4 dishes to send into tomorrow's pressure test for immunity, and the dish of the day will win its maker a $5,000 LG voucher.

Four cooks face off today as they cook for immunity in today's pressure test. They have just one hour to recreate Curtis Stone's dish of pork loin, citrus beurre monté, braised fennel, pistachio dukkah and carrot purée. But, they'll have to do it without a recipe!

Four teams must cook a main and dessert in a service challenge led by Jean-Christophe. One dish must be a French classic, and the other a French classic with a twist. Only two teams will be safe from Sunday's elimination.

In today's elimination, the contestants must create a dish with an element of tableside theatre. To help inspire them, the judges showcase their tableside theatre trick - Jean-Christophe of course showed them Crêpes Suzette, Andy revealed a salt-baked Mud Crab, while Poh presented her elegant and beautiful thousand cut tofu lily.

The MasterChef contestants face off in a mystery box challenge, with a twist. Instead of ingredients inside it, this box has ingredients wrapped around it, including vine leaves, paper bark, cabbage and banana leaf. The contestants must include a wrapped element in their dishes as they battle to avoid the bottom four positions who will go into the pressure test.

Chef Steven He from Le Yeahllow challenges four contestants to recreate his intricate Balloon Puppy Cake. In a whirlwind elimination cook, white chocolate tempering and sculpture work tests everyone's skills, with mixed results.

Against the backdrop of beautiful Sydney Harbour, the contestants are divided into three teams to compete for immunity in a pub inspired service challenge at Squires Landing. But there's a twist; only half of the team will be in the kitchen at one time.

Josh Niland, the fish king, surprises all the contestants when he unveils perfectly butchered cuts of beef. He then leads the kitchen in a masterclass on how to butcher a tuna to represent beef cuts to get the cooks thinking about how to use the whole fish in new ways. The challenge today is to create a modern surf and turf dish using both meat and seafood.

MasterChef welcomes esteemed author and Yotam Ottolenghi protégé Ixta Belfrage for a debut visit that packs a punch. Not only has the British chef brought a Mystery Box bursting with her favourite produce, there's a secret ingredient the contestants must incorporate almost halfway into the cook.

Blayne Bertoncello from Victoria's O.MY restaurant joins the MasterChef kitchen to set one of the toughest pressure tests yet. Contestants must recreate Blayne's technical Variations of Sourdough and Strawberry with Elderflower and Balsamic dessert. In a surprise twist, the contestants must replicate not one of Blayne's dishes, but five perfect plates, to save themselves from elimination.

It's the classic MasterChef team-relay challenge where four teams must compete create a savoury dish that uses potatoes in at least two ways. The winning team will secure immunity from the next elimination.

Twelve MasterChef contestants are met by a bust of judge Jean-Christophe Novelli …made entirely of butter. Fighting for their place in the competition, they must create a dish celebrating butter, with 75 minutes on the clock.

In a vibrant celebration of Italian heritage, this Mystery Box challenge is inspired by Nonna's cooking, with viral comedy trio Sooshi Mango secretly watching the cooks' every move. They must create a dish that would make a traditional Italian Nonna proud. While some contestants stray, many shine and four manage to impress with authenticity, technique, and heart.

Contestants face a pressure test for Immunity designed by Dessert Masters Season Two winner John Demetrios. As a famous pastry and dessert chef, it stands to reason that today's cook will be a sweet mountain to climb. The cook who presents the best version of John's dish will win immunity and be safe from elimination this week.

It's viral week and contestants are vying for immunity once again, challenged to create the ultimate 'scrollable' deli meats sandwich followed by a viral dish mash-up. Risks are taken in round one, before three finalists head into the second-round hybrid challenge, where only one will claim immunity.

Hey, Babe! With over 13 million social media followers and three billion views on YouTube, online superstar and chef of over 20 years' experience Andy Cooks (aka chef Andy Hearnden) sets two viral challenges. In Round One, the contestants must create an epic cheese pull. In Round Two, the bottom five must make a 'satisfying slice'. The cook who doesn't make the cut, will be sent home.
