10 years ago, the world was suddenly brought to ruin by The Great Destruction, and ever since then Orders, people capable of wielding super powers, have appeared. Hoshimiya Eiji is one such Order--and the very cause of The Great Destruction!

After Eiji dominates Kurenai Rin, a new Order appears, and they're both taken captive along with Sena! While Rin repeatedly fails to kill Eiji during their escape, Eiji sets out to rescue his sister--and a new group of Orders appears!

Eiji receives orders from Kunou Mari to invade Yamaguchi and conquer it for themselves. While he makes it into Yamaguchi with Rin, he falls into danger partway through.

The operation to capture Yamaguchi heats up as Eiji learns it's all a ploy to turn him into a moving target for nuke strikes. As the nuke draws closer, Eiji is forced to save Yamaguchi from the nuke all by himself.

After stopping the nuclear missile, Eiji has a moment to rest, but then Franc awakens his sister Sena! While the others gather information on the Order, Eiji and Rin head out to claim Hiroshima as his domain.

DAISY informs Eiji that the one Hiiragi Yoshitsune and the Dazaifu Government Office are fighting against is his father, Hoshimiya Gennai. Overtaken by shock, Eiji quickly refutes her, saying his father died in the Great Destruction.

While Eiji is at a loss for options, Hiiragi orders him to withdraw to Dazaifu. When Eiji refuses to accept it, Hiiragi corners him. But then DAISY appears, connecting a line to Rin.

UNIGM Public Safety Division Vice Director, Gennai makes his move. Franc kidnaps Sena from Dazaifu and tries to trade her for a deal with Gennai. Meanwhile, Hiiragi predicts that Gennai's objective is to cause another Great Destruction!

Hoshimiya Gennai enters his facility in Heijoukyou, Nara to finally open the Gate to the other world. Hiiragi and Dazaifu's Group of Ten surround the facility and commence their attack in order to put a stop to Gennai's scheme.

Hoshimiya Eiji is told the truth--The Great Destruction was caused by his sister, Sena, and to protect her, he stole her powers and rewrote her memories. With Sena helping him, Gennai begins to open the Gate.
