Frankie gets a new keyboard when she has to learn an instrument for school, but uses it to annoy her family instead. When the keyboard is destroyed in the middle of the night, everyone in the house becomes a suspect.

Taylor and Meadow accidentally let the inchworm get stolen by the rival team on their watch. When Meadow invites Miles to help them recover it, Taylor worries her secret will be exposed.

Frankie gets sent to charm school after taking the blame for Louie's mess. When Louie goes to visit and sees that Frankie has been brainwashed to be a polite young lady, he does everything he can to bring back the old Frankie.

Sparks fly when, while in a fight with Scott, Taylor meets an intriguing new boy who happens to be a ghost. With Miles' help, she has to decide which one she wants to be with. Guest Star: Nick Merico

Meadow develops a crush on Miles after getting to know him while practicing to ask out a boy she likes. When Taylor finds out they are going on a date, she goes to great lengths to make sure that the secret is not exposed.

Frankie and Louie find out that the doll they sold Penelope is worth a lot of money. When they go to sell the doll to a collector, they run into some unexpected trouble at the toy store.

Frankie suspects that Delaney, one of Louie's classmates is hiding something when she asks him of all people to teach her how to be a better ghost. Guest Star: Laya Hayes

Michelle gets the bakery included on a tour of haunted restaurants, but when Ray is unable to help, it is up to the consistently inconsistent Louie to pull off an incredible haunt.

Taylor wants to give Meadow a surprise party, but it accidentally gets complicated when Miles throws a wrench into the plan.

Louie runs away from home after failing the test to become a level two ghost. He ends up in a dangerous part of Ghost World, and must rise to the occasion when his family needs him most.

When the ghost council finds out the Prestons have been living alongside humans, they force them to make a decision: haunt the Hathaways or leave their home forever.
