Two CIA agents oversee an international drug smuggling operation run by a flamboyant drug lord on a $50 million dollar luxury plane. The politician in charge of the classified operation decides to call in the mission after the drug lord kills two government witnesses. The CIA agents have to decide whats best for their careers; take down the drug lord, and testify, or go rouge!
