Pressured in his personal life by his wife, who has filed for divorce, Nash is under equal pressure at work as he goes undercover to break up a multi-million dollar bogus computer chip ring.

Nash and the SIU unit are caught off guard when a group of rogue gangsters form an outlaw gang and terrorize Chinatown. In the seventh in a string of home invasions, a ruthless gang brutally attacks a Chinese family.

When a pension dispute forces Joe to rejoin the force, he and Nash team up to track down a nefarious heroin dealer. Joe, separated from Inger, still owes 33 days before his pension kicks in, and gets assigned to traffic.

Nash's belated honeymoon with Kelly gets put on hold when he is forced to trail a notorious bookie.
