New year; new beginnings. Pauly is dusting off the turntables and finally headed back out on tour. Deena's Baby Meatball #2 is almost here, and Mike is ready to officially become “Big Daddy Sitch.” But nothing could prepare him for what happens next.

No longer pregnant, Deena has a meatball day with Snooki. Meanwhile, Vinny is no longer bi-coastal, Angelina is fed up, and Mike is struggling as he awaits the moment he can bring Baby Romeo home from the hospital.

Vinny’s realizes there’s no place like home, Mike swaps out the prosciutto for placenta, and a rumor wreaks havoc on the girls’ big West Coast trip.

The girls’ trip to Hollywood takes a detour when they learn Vinny sold his house. But, before everyone heads back East, Vinny is gonna give them the LA experience they’ll always remember… but may want to forget because of all the fighting between Angelina and Vinny.

Pauly D is headed to Jersey for the week, and it’s time for everyone to meet baby Romeo. Meanwhile, Angelina needs clarity about her marriage, so she enlists the help of pet psychic, and The Situation, gets ready for his “Blessification"

Mike feels reborn after being blessified, Angelina is feeling lost after a spiritual reading with a pet psychic, and the roomies get ready for their next family vacation.

Angelina and Chris's dinner date turns into a counseling session, Mike makes a geographical error, Zack surprises Jenni and her kids, and Mike and Lauren have a seaside anniversary picnic.

Pauly D learns how to play bingo, Angelina melts down without her luggage, Mike begins an investigation, and an alarming discovery has the roommates shook.

Deena and Chris's prank lands differently with each of the roommates, Nicole arrives in the Florida Keys just in time for a floating tiki bar, and Mike plans his independence celebration.

A tropical storm rages; Snooki and Angelina re-enact their famous fight; and the roomies party on a boat that’s also a mansion. Oh, and did we mention the sex therapist?

The Florida Keys get emotional when a sex therapist digs deep into Angelina and Chris’s relationship. Then they get messy when the meatballs create an impromptu late night talk show. And even messier when Mike finds a note from Pauly D.

What truth will be uncovered when, on the last day, the roomies take on a lie detector test? Who will take gold on Wide World of Guidos? And, will Snooki ever find her wine?

Mike learns that blondes have more fun, Pauly takes over Madison Square Garden, and group chat is lit when pictures surface of Angelina in Mexico with a man who’s not her husband.

Angelina tells her side of the story, Jenni and Nicole bribe Deena to spill the tea, and Pauly plans a good, old-fashioned OG vacation. Meanwhile, Mike and Lauren have a difficult decision to make about Mosey.

The road to El Paso takes an unexpected turn when a bunch of rumors and allegations are given to Mike. And he sends them straight to group chat, where all hell breaks loose.

The group heads to El Paso for the weekend to watch Pauly spin and join in on some line dancing. It's love at first bite when Mike eats his first Texas tacos, but it's anything but love between Angelina and the girls.

The party continues when DJ Pauly D takes on El Paso and the meatballs take on an owl. But it's a FaceTime from Angelina that takes Mike over the edge.

The meatballs speak to animals. Jenni shines a light on a cause close to her heart. And Angelina has a long-overdue sit-down with Snooki and Deena

The messiness finally catches up to Mike. First, in an epic showdown with Angelina and then in an emotional confrontation with Jenni.

Ronnie returns to New Jersey to meet up with Mike, and Deena and Nicole welcome Jerry Springer and “Amy Schumer” to Deena’s backyard she-shed for the first ever Meatball Show.

The guidos head to San Diego for a family vacation, but before the fun can begin there’s a lot that needs to be settled. Will the trip be over before it even begins?

The beef is finally squashed. But just when you think it’s all good, the tension ramps back up… Meanwhile, the “dirty stay outs” take over San Diego.

Nicole brings back a familiar costume to make Easter extra special, Deena's leftover frustrations come out during a wine tasting, and everyone returns to their roots with a boardwalk trip.

Snooki's alter ego. Pauly and Nikki arrive, and the roommates meet the local wildlife. But the lions and tigers and bears got nothing on Snooki when Dren takes over on Nikki's birthday.
