The Great Food Truck Race

Tyler Florence kicks off the race in Nashville where eight sweet and savory food trucks create music-inspired dishes before a chaotic sales day. The bottom two teams battle for redemption, and judge Maneet Chauhan helps decide which truck goes home first.

Tyler Florence leads seven teams to Franklin to compete along the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. After razor-thin sales margins and a whiskey-focused redemption battle, guest judge Aarti Sequeira sends one of the two bottom trucks home.

Tyler Florence welcomes six teams to Knoxville, TN, for a three-stop race across different events. At the University of Tennessee, the trucks sell to game day crowds. Then, the teams serve a more refined crowd at the Rossini Opera Festival.

Tyler Florence asks the remaining teams to create an "enchanted dish" at a whimsical fantasy village in Knoxville, TN. Then, the final sales results are revealed at the World's Fair Park, and a high-stakes redemption challenge is judged by Sabin Lomac.

The five teams head to Gatlinburg, TN, to take on Tyler Florence's "holy smokes" taste challenge, sending one member from each truck up a mountain chairlift to claim a smoky ingredient. Rashad Jones is there to judge the grill-focused redemption battle.

The remaining four teams take on massive crowds and amusement park chaos at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. Guest judge Arnold Myint joins Tyler Florence for a potato-focused redemption battle and an emotional elimination.

In Louisville, KY, Tyler Florence gives the final three teams a taste challenge featuring the state fruit, the blackberry. Then, in the last redemption battle, guest judge Kelsey Murphy tasks the teams with creating a dish centered around beer cheese.

After a sales day at the Louisville Slugger Museum, the final two teams battle for $50,000 at the legendary Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. The winner-takes-all showdown is judged by 500 fans, along with Tyler Florence and guest judge Damaris Phillips.
