My device is having trouble playing the video. What can I do?
For the best live experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for Standard Definition (SD) and 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video provides the highest possible quality based on available bandwidth. For issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning off the motion setting on your TV. This setting's name varies by manufacturer and includes Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact us.
Can I record matches?
Full match replays are typically available within two hours of match ending. For information about a specific sport, please check the Live Events Help Hub.
I’m receiving a location error when attempting to watch.
Live sports for United Kingdom customers can only be accessed when you're in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Premier League is also available to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. All other international locations are ineligible.
I still need help watching my live event.
If you see "this video is unavailable" or "unavailable due to regional restrictions" that means the game isn't available in your area due to regional or national broadcast rights for that specific game. If you see "enable location for event availability" on mobile devices, location services might be turned off. To fix this, go to your device's settings and turn on location services for Prime Video. If you have anti-virus software, make sure it doesn't block Prime Video from accessing location services. If you see "Home region verification required", please sign in to Prime Video using a device in your home region to verify your location and continue streaming.
