No Time to Mourn

Sonja Ek has a happy life and a loving relationship with her husband and three children. But one day everything changes, and in order to protect her children, Sonja is forced to cross the line into the criminal world. (Penoza/ Gåsmamman)

The family gather at the hospital. Stein is pressured for information about who shot one of Broman’s men while the police search the Ek family home.

Sonja is trying to find out who the Major is, and Stein is searching for the missing cocaine. Niklas, who has been arrested, wants Sonja to run the business in his absence.

Barry visits Stein to collect money, and when Stein has none left to give, Barry takes a painting instead. Sonja contacts Broman to hand over the money personally. No Time to Mourn (Gåsmamman) is based on Dutch series Penoza.

Sonja continues searching for the Major, and Niklas learns that Sonja has been seen with Broman. As Kattis convinces Sonja to celebrate Hanna’s birthday at Broman’s restaurant, she discovers her own painting on the wall.

Nina goes missing. Has she run away, or has she been kidnapped? Sonja tells Lukas about Stein, which leads Lukas to pay Stein a visit. Broman suspects Sonja knows the identity of the Major.

The police are convinced Sonja is hiding something, and they keep her under constant observation, but with Magdalena’s help she manages to trick them. Kattis confronts both Sonja and Stein, and Linus begins to remember.

Linus’s memories are getting clearer, and he tries to tell Sonja about them. Kattis shares her misgivings with Sonja about who’s responsible for the bomb. The pieces are beginning to fall into place for Sonja. Based on Dutch series Penoza.
