Brooke, Peyton, Haley and Anna have a slumber party at Haley's apartment, where secrets and lies come to light. When Lucas and Nathan take a road trip to a Bobcats game, Nathan reveals he is being tested for a genetic defect.

Although Lucas takes Anna as his date to the Tree Hill High formal, he's with Brooke at the end of the night.

Concerned about his brother's health, Nathan informs Karen that Lucas did not take the medical test for his heart. Meanwhile, Dan asks Keith to continue to work at the dealership as vice president, and Keith accepts.

Haley is surprised when her older sister Taylor comes to town -- but not as shocked as Nathan, who recognises Taylor from a past tryst. Meanwhile, Brooke and Felix start a relationship, and Jake surprises Peyton when he shows up in Tree Hill.
