STATION OFFICER STEELE warns FIREMAN SAM and the team to be on the alert. NORMAN PRICE is on holiday and that usually means trouble. NORMAN wants to find fame by conquering the summit of Pontypandy Mountain.

OFFICER STEELE takes NORMAN and MANDY pot-holing in Big cave the rest of the crew look forward to a restful afternoon. The peace is soon shattered when STATION OFFICER STEELE, finds himself in a tight spot and blocking the only way out of Big Cave.

MANDY FLOOD has her heart set on having a pet but her mum who’s allergic to fur is not keen. However, when MANDY rescues a squirrel from DUSTY’S clutches, she decides to secretly smuggle him into her room.

When TREVOR EVANS tells the children that there’s no such thing as little green men from outer space, NORMAN is determined to prove him wrong. Soon Pontypandy is gripped with fear as a green-faced alien terrorises the neighbourhood.

DUSTY has been chosen to be the new Fire-Service mascot but first he must have a bath and it soon becomes clear that this is going to be easier said than done! Not keen on the idea of a wash DUSTY decides it is time to leave.

MANDY, SARAH and JAMES decide to start a junior neighbourhood watch scheme but get rather carried away. They make a citizen’s arrest - TREVOR EVANS whom they suspect of stealing DILYS’S fruit and veg only to find that he’s delivering it!

Whilst picnicking on Pontypandy Mountain, NAUGHTY NORMAN PRICE carelessly leaves an empty lemonade bottle behind him. When the sun’s rays hit the bottle a bush fire begins.

MANDY is looking forward to the family holiday in Jamaica. She’s longing to see the carnival just like her MUM did when she was a little girl. But then disaster strikes! MANDY is ill and the holiday has to be called off.

It’s Halloween and FIREMAN SAM gives NORMAN the biggest pumpkin in the pumpkin patch so he can make a Jack ‘O Lantern. NORMAN is determined to go all out for scares and leaves his lighted lantern unattended when he takes to the streets.

There’s a drought in Pontypandy which is bad news for NAUGHTY NORMAN PRICE. He’s just received a ‘Joker Soaker’ the most powerful water pistol in the world and he needs to fill it fast!

When FIREMAN SAM invents a new exercise machine the ‘Joggalator’, everyone wants a go. All the firestation wants to be picked to appear in the new ‘Wales’ Fittest Firefighter’ calendar, but who’ll be the winner?

NORMAN PRICE is fascinated by SAM’S ‘Beep-o-matic’, a high-tech metal-detector, in fact, he can’t keep his hot little hands off it. When SAM’S back is turned, NORMAN and MANDY ‘borrow’ the ‘Beep-o-matic’ and go treasure hunting.

Practical joker NORMAN PRICE gives his pet lamb WOOLLY a mudbath and passes him off as the Black Beast of Pontypandy. Then he plots to capture the ‘beast’ and claim the reward.

NORMAN and MANDY are very interested when SAM helps deliver BELLA’S new pizza oven. They’re even more interested when BELLA asks if they’d like to help her make some pizzas to try out the new contraption.

FIREMAN SAM organises a Fun Run for the neighbourhood children and carefully marks out the route with paper arrows. BELLA LASAGNE kindly offers a chocolate cake as first prize which brings out NORMAN’S ruthless competitive streak.

When STATION OFFICER STEELE injures his foot he refuses to go home and insists on soldiering on. FIREMAN SAM designs a special mechanical grabber so that S.O. STEELE can reach things without having to stand up.

A heat-wave has put Pontypandy’s haystacks at risk from spontaneous combustion so SAM invents a special thermometer for taking a hay-stack’s temperature. He tries it out on ELVIS’S spaghetti bolognaise and it works like a dream.

When NORMAN PRICE sees a movie about the Invisible Man, he decides to invent an invisible friend for himself so that he can get double helpings of things. It works a treat in BELLA’S café when he wangles a free ice-cream for himself and his ‘friend’ who’s too shy to come indoors.

NORMAN PRICE rigs up a wind-powered skateboard in an attempt to be the fastest newspaper delivery boy in Wales. Soon he is whisking through the streets of Pontypandy leaving mayhem in his wake.

Someone has been stealing shoelaces from DILYS’S shop and the prime suspect is NAUGHTY NORMAN PRICE. Surprisingly he isn’t to blame and he sets out to prove his innocence with the help of his friend MANDY.

There’s a talent show in Pontypandy and NAUGHTY NORMAN PRICE is searching for an act. But whatever he tries, compere TREVOR EVANS ‘pours cold water’ on it.

FIREMAN SAM thinks everyone has forgotten his birthday but really they’re planning a surprise party. BELLA has baked a beautiful cake and NORMAN has contributed some everlasting candles that never blow out.

NORMAN PRICE is the most enthusiastic guest at the Fire Station Open Day. He tells everyone he meets that he’s going to be a firefighter when he grows up.

SAM receives delivery of a portable reservoir for fighting fires in areas without mains water. It proves to be useful when careless campers fail to put out their campfire in the fields on the edge of town.
