Theres nothing better than vegetables fresh from the farmers market to add some tasty zing to your dishes. Buddy cooks up some of his family favorites like cavatappi with roasted cauliflower and tomatoes, and a creamy whole wheat vegetable lasagna.

Food, family, love -- now thats Italian. Buddy and his sister Madeline cook their family favorites: a veal chop parmesan, a traditional ceaser salad, spinach and artichoke stuffed shells and for dessert, it's Madeline's favorite - ice cream tiramisu.

Today, Buddy is taking the boring out of poultry! Nothing gets his mouth watering like his tamari and garlic chicken with coconut rice or his sausage-stuffed turkey rollatini. And you won't want to miss how to make his chicken francaise.
