The Flash

In der 1. Folge der Staffel führt Barry Allen (GRANT GUSTIN) das Leben, das er immer wollte. Aber das Leben in diesem alternativen Flashpoint-Universum hat schwerwiegende Auswirkungen.

Barry erkennt, dass die Auswirkungen von Flashpoint viel größer sind, als er dachte. Als er den neuen Kollegen Julian (TOM FELTON) trifft, ist er von seiner sofortiger Verachtung überrascht.

Wells von Earth-2 kehrt mit Jesse (VIOLETT BEANE) nach Central City zurück und gesteht Barry und Caitlin, dass sie ihre Kräfte als Speedster auf seiner Erde benutzt hat, um Menschen zu retten.

Als der Metamensch Mirror Master (GREY DAMON) und sein alter Partner Top (ASHLEY RICKARDS) eine Rechnung mit Leonard Snart (WENTWORTH MILLER) begleichen wollen, lässt Barry Jesse mitkommen.

Caitlin will unbedingt verstehen, was mit ihr geschieht, und besucht ihre Mutter (Gaststar SUSAN WALTERS), um ein paar Antworten über ihre wachsenden metamenschlichen Kräfte zu erhalten.

Als Wally beginnt, Träume über Kid Flash zu haben, erkennt Barry, dass er Wally, Iris und Joe erzählen muss, was Wally in Flashpoint passiert ist, um ihn zu schützen.

Um Barry zu retten, nutzt Caitlin ihre Kräfte, aber der Aufwand entfesselt ihre innere Killer Frost, die am Ende den Flash und Vibe bekämpft. Kevin Smith als Regisseur.

Als Aliens namens die Dominators Central City angreifen, bittet Barry im ersten Teil der epischen Crossover-Folge Green Arrow, die Legends of Tomorrow und Supergirl um Hilfe.

Barry kann kaum an Weihnachten - und vor allem nicht an seine Beziehung mit Iris - denken und reist zu Earth-3, um von Jay Garrick Rat zu holen, wie Savitar gestoppt werden kann.

Barry wird von seiner Vision der Zukunft gequält und zögert, einen Bösewicht namens Plunder (STEPHEN HUSZAR) zu stoppen, da er sich an seine Präsens in seiner tragischen Vision erinnert.

H.R.s Vergangenheit holt ihn ein, als der Kopfgeldjäger mit Vibe-Kräften Gypsy in Central City ankommt, um ihn zu Erde-19 zurückzubringen, um sich für ein Verbrechen zu verantworten.

In the epic conclusion to the two-part story, Grodd and his army of gorillas bring the battle to Earth-1. Trying to find a way to stop them before they destroy Central City, The Flash and team are joined by Gypsy, who returns to help in the fight. Meanwhile, Jesse Quick decides she wants to stay with Wally on Earth-1.

While training with Barry, Wally starts to have visions of Savitar, which he hides from the team. Meanwhile, a dangerous secret threatens the happiness of Barry and Iris.

Desperate to stop Savitar and save his friends, Barry turns to the speed force for answers. Meanwhile, H.R. gives Jesse some advice.

Barry and his team are surprised when Mon-El (guest star CHRIS WOOD) and Hank Henshaw (guest star DAVID HAREWOOD) arrive on their Earth carrying a comatose Supergirl, who was whammied by the Music Meister (guest star DARREN CRISS). Barry travels to the future to find out Savitar's still-unknown identity in the hopes of saving Iris. Upon his arrival in 2024, Barry encounters future versions of his Team Flash friends, who, following the death of Iris, have become very different people, profoundly impacted by their showdown with Savitar. Barry and the team meet Tracy Brand (guest star ANNE DUDEK), a scientist, who may be the key to stopping Savitar. Unfortunately, Ki ller Frost is also after Tracy so Team Flash must battle their old friend, which proves to be particularly difficult for Cisco. Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Cecile's (guest star DANIELLE NICOLET) relationship takes a big turn.

Barry takes drastic measures to stop Savitar. Meanwhile, H.R. continues to push Tracy Brand to design the trap for Savitar; and Killer Frost returns with an interesting proposal.
