Famed snake expert Dr. Carl Stoner hires undergraduate student David Blake as his new lab assistant. He starts David on a series of injections to protect against snakebites. However, David and his girlfriend Kristina—Dr. Stoner's daughter—soon notice odd changes in David's appearance. But before they realize the horrible truth, the metamorphosis from human to serpent has already begun.
