Clips from the long-running Mickey McGuire series are used to tell this story of young actresses reminiscing about their days as part of a kid gang. The irrepressible Mickey Rooney is shown at his comical best, along with co-stars Billy Barty, Delia Bogard, and Shirley Jean Rickert (best known for appearing in Hal Roach's Our Gang comedies.)
