Men Behaving Badly

While Tony is on holiday, Gary and Dorothy enjoy renewed romance and agree that Dorothy should move in. The only problem: Tony will have to move out. Meanwhile, Tony returns with some new "face furniture" hoping his new look will impress Deborah.

Tony interrupts Gary and Dorothy while they're having a lie-in with some terrible news -The Crown, their sacred watering hole, is being redecorated. They discover the pub is being completely gutted and there's also a new manager, Ken.

After hearing Deborah admire the breasts of a TV actress and seeing her give her girlfriend, Judy, who is staying with her, a kiss, he concludes, hopefully, the Debs is going through a "lesbian phase". Gary meanwhile shows his true colors (i.e. yellow) in a road rage incident and he feels he has to salvage his reputation as a man.

"Two's company, three's a crowd" and Gary has to decide, his live-in mate or his live-in bird? While at the office George and Anthea get excited about the Security Association's five-a-side football, Gary has more worrying things on his mind. So much on his mind, it's giving him gruesome violent nightmares.

Deborah is studying hard and hanging out with her new student friends. Tony is decidedly jealous and tries to get her attention. Gary meanwhile is feeling disturbingly middle-ages, especially when he is mistaken for George at the office. A night out clubbing at a rave is obviously the only answer.

After Tony eats his usual greasy breakfast fry-up, Gary tells him he's putting on weight. When Gary opens his post and leaves his bank statement lying around, Tony sees he has £33,000 in the bank. Tony admits he's seen the statement and swears not to tell the others.

Dorothy and Deborah are going on a sailing weekend. Gary is not pleased, so Dorothy reminds him how he's always saying he needs "quality bloke time and lager space". Tony meanwhile is making use of some timber he's been given. He creates a lopsided table and makes plans to convert the garden shed into a sauna - "a shedna".
