After uncovering Octavia's bizarre plans with the sinister 'Q", the school guidance counselor, Giles attempts to confide in Jet, whose attention is more focused on Beanie.

Giles is thrilled to have gained some new friends at Atlantis High, regardless of their quirks, as he thought that he was the only one who was socially awkward.

Despite his success in the school play, Giles seems to have slid back to square one. Could the breakup of Antonia and Antony have anything to do with this?

Giles is arrested by local policeman, Officer Costello, while local crime-fighting hero, Silver Lining, is disappointed that he did not solve the crime.

After the mysterious abduction of the school's website editor, an election is held for a replacement, and a reluctant Giles is nominated to fill the position.

Sabrina accuses Giles of cheating in the election. 'Q' gives Octavia an important mission, and the intrepid time travelling aliens are seemingly reunited with Mr Dorsey.

Love is all over Sunset Cove. Beanie tries to figure out his feelings for Jet, and Sabrina organizes a dating competition that Josh attempts to sabotage in favor of Octavia.

Giles continues his attempts to gain Octavia's affection. A depressed Mr. Dorsey makes an unlikely friend. Meanwhile, Commander Vermont uncovers conspiratorial information.

It is happiness week at Atlantis High, but Giles is not feeling the joy. Coach Shane recruits football players, and Mr. Dorsey attempts to instigate an emergency 'Plan B'.

Giles attempts to elude Sophie's obsessive pursuit, while working to end Octavia and Josh's relationship. Commander Vermont and Mr. Dorsey both enact differing strategies.

Giles tells Sophie that he is not interested in a relationship with her, while Octavia sadly ponders her future as her marriage looms closer. Beanie proposes marriage to Jet.

Wedding Day arrives at the Vermont residence, but Jet and Beanie are the only two who seem to be excited. Giles dreads the thought of Octavia marrying his rival, Josh.

Giles is relieved after escaping Sophie's advances. Octavia is delighted to have left Josh at the altar. Josh? Not so much. Mr. Dorsey pushes the aliens to invade Earth.

U.F.O. enthusiasts arrive in Sunset Cove after reports of close encounters of the weird kind. Sophie returns to Atlantis High after her abduction, but she has changed.

Giles and Jet continue their search for, Beanie. Silver Lining is forced to work overtime after the town is threatened by its first genuine criminal, the villainous Bad Mood.

Giles and Jet attempt to fake injuries to save Beanie. Octavia ponders how to make up with Giles. Commander Vermont deals with an alien invasion, while Josh faces Bad Mood.

After Octavia, Giles, and Jet help Beanie escape from the hospital, they visit Las Vegas. Dorothy investigates the identity of Big D, while Josh searches for Bad Mood.

After Violet gambled and lost the school, Atlantis High is under new Mob ownership. Giles obtains a job at the local diner, while Antonia and Mr. Dorsey search for Atlantis.

Students are shocked after the new principal, Vita, imposes strict new standards. Violet seeks to regain her old job, while Mr. Nite mentors Giles on the rules of business.

Octavia is upset after discovering that Giles is involved with The Mob, while Beanie develops self-respect for his alien identity, and Silver Lining and Bad Mood appear on TV.

Giles struggles to come to terms with Octavia's apparent crush on Silver Lining, Bad Mood and Silver Lining's crime/love affair continues, and Antonia uncovers Beanie's past.
