Ten celebrities leave the red carpet for a hike. First leg reveals their abilities to collaborate as well as their physical and mental capacities.

The celebrities are physcially and mentally challenged when climbing the rock formation Gygrestolen. They will spend the night at the small plateau.

The teams must compete in an orienteering race through a hard-to-read area, but the biggest obstacle is the route discussion.

A paddle race is on. Strong currents and frightening twists await on the river Tinne. The losing team must compete on the town square of Rjukan.

The celebrities are in beautiful Hardanger, where the challenge is to capture social media clichées. There will be laughter and bare skin!

Team Lindesnes are hungry for a victory, but the shapely individuals on team Nordkapp are hard to beat. A meal awaits them all in Hjølmodalen

Extreme sport meets romanticism in river rafting at Sjoa, Gudbrandsdalen. Later, porridge and stories await on a historical farm in Heidal.

Liv Mari's stories may provide the key for the next win before the last leg - a heavy walk across Martnasråket to Rondane Høyfjellshotell.

In Jotunheiem, a competition determines which marked participant must leave. The nine remaining will cross Smørstabbreen in bright sunshine.

The celebrities will climb Skeie, 2118 masl. Tom Stiansen has a surprise for them at the finishing line. A competition at dawn ousts two participants.

The seven remaining participants arrive in beautiful Lofoten, where they will climb the iconic Svolværgeita. The day ends with a willow flute concert.

The celebrities have six hours to bike to Henningsvær and procure the ingredients for a fish soup, make it and serve it. One more needs to leave.

New teams! The youngest are racing the oldest in a relay from Kalle to the island of Skrova, but the rowing technique proves a challenge.

At Skrova, the teams need to figure out the next destination. They all yearn for the prize - a luxury after weeks without a shower or a bed.

The crew arrive in Tysfjord by helicopter and must find their way from the mountain Moskevàrri to the fjord through the caves of Råggejavri-Raigi.

Eleven hours in the caves dampens the spirits for some, but the journey north takes them to Polar Park in Bardu, where they get to meet the wolves.

The participants meet Tom Stiansen in a nerve-racking and close race along the Russian border to Grense Jakobselv. The first leg is by dog sled.

The celebrities are desperate to beat Tom Stiansen and swap the tent for the comforts of a hotel. A duel will determine the semi-finalists.

Four semi-finalists will compete at Laksefjordvidda. Stamina and choice of route will be relevant - but so will a bad knee and a map left behind.

The teams have miscalculated the finishing line and are upset to find there is yet another bicycle leg. The last arriving team must duel.

Time to name Norway's toughest celebrity! The finalists will cross the island of Seiland, which turns out to be a steep and painful experience.
