After a B-52 accidentally jettisons a nuclear warhead over Jordan, the CIA contacts Colonel Anthony Stevens, an expert in nuclear technology. Stevens is on leave in Israel and is soon thrust into a hot zone of conflict between members of the Israeli Army and the Palestinian Liberation Army in this high-stakes drama.
