Actor
In addition to her television and film work, Gwen is a talented writer and stage actress. For her theatre work, Gwen received two Dramalogue Awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role. As an accomplished author of eight published novels and seven screenplays, Gwen has placed in the Colombine screenwriting contest and has been awarded the International Impact Award for several of her novels. Her debut coming-of-age novel, "The Remarkable Journey of Weed Clapper," received Honorable Mention for the prestigious Opus Magnum Discovery Award for New Literature, which she still cites as being one of the most exciting moments in her writing career. The accomplished actress/writer also wrote the adaptation of Dexter Freeman's critically acclaimed play, "Skies A Fallin," in which she starred during its West Coast premiere. The screenplay, set in New Orleans, is under option. In addition to her artistic endeavors, Gwen is also a Global Real Estate Advisor at Sotheby's International Realty, Beverly Hills.
