Ronni's films have had the distinction of screening at prestigious film festivals such as Tribeca, Raindance UK, Hot Springs International and Morbido in Mexico, as well as museums, cultural institutions, cemeteries and art galleries. In 2003, alongside director Lech Kowalski, he produced, Hey! Is Dee Dee Home? (2002), which documented the final days of rock legend, Dee Dee Ramone. His 2011 digital film series, The Midnight Archive (2011) documented strange practices, peculiar collections and morbid culture. The series took the gold Telly for best digital doc series in 2012. In 2013 he was give the title filmmaker in residence at the Morbid Anatomy Museum and produced Morbid Anatomy Museum Presents (2015). His 2014 film, Walter Potter: The Man Who Married Kittens (2015), earned him critical success both at festivals and online. It was nominated for Best Short at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival and Raindance Film festival and won honors in Mexico at Morbido fest. His latest short film, Clockwork Monsters (2017), gives a rare look into the magical world of Thomas Kuntz. He is currently in production on The Kybalion (2022), a surreal feature documentary on the 1908 occult classic text of the same title.
